All of the properties are remodeled on the inside and out, and are as "we" would want to live in them.

We manage the properties with precision maintenance, having a plumber, electrician, air-conditioning, and

general maintenance person on call.  We try to get to the "issue" at hand the same or next day, and strive

for preventative maintenance on all of the properties.   Most of our properties stay leased, and we have very little

turnover.    Over the years, we have have many long term tenants, one of which stayed with us for 16 years.

Another for 8 years.   If, one of the properties becomes available, we try our best to list it on this website,

as soon as possible, and of course welcome your application for rental.
